Takealot *******

I am highly displeased with takealot.com. I placed an order on Friday the 5th of May 2023, only for takealot to notify me that my order was cancelled as they did not receive payment. Payment was made via PayFast and was successful as per my bank and PayFast. My money has not been returned till now and trying to sort this matter out with takealot is like hitting a brick wall because they have no contact number to reach them, especially since they have given me 3 order numbers, one on their app, one for the order cancellation and another for a delayed order so right now I am totally confused as to whether I'm receiving my items or not? I would appreciate that thus matter be sorted out as soon as possible because takealot was quick to take my money but are in no way at all trying to rectify their wrongdoing.

Will I be getting my money back or is takealot still delivering my items?
