Takealot

Ordered a package from takealot. Got a message confirming delivery, waited but nothing got delivered. The next day got another message saying that it was rescheduled ( no communication the previous day about this rescheduling ), phoned takealot and they assured us that it will be delivered the next day. Once again waited the entire day and nothing was delivered, phoned a second time and told the same story. Third day phoned them to find out if the package is actually with the delivery company and got told the package is lost. No communication from takealot! Very frustrating waiting all day for a package and only hearing from takealot when we contact them
