Takealot??

Takealot is most definitely lacking in the communication department. I emailed them about an overcharge, they asked for more information, sent a return email addressed to someone else where a refund was promised and have ignored my emails after. As a loyal client this is the third time I've been left frustrated with poor communication and confusion. Im wondering if this a decline in service or if I'm just unlucky.
