Takealot

It has taken 15 days & Takealot have still not delivered my pets food! Pet food is not a luxury or a spoil... They have given GPS co-ords, contact numbers, phone calls, emails... No amount of begging has amounted to assistance. I asked for it to be escalated to management & still not even a response! My vehicle is broken & I reside 60kms from the nearest town, hence the Takealot (of time) order. Besides which, who has an additional R2000.00 to reorder & how do I get it home. Thank heavens for kind neighbours who have helped over the past week but now what? I still don’t have food for my animals!
