Takealot

I ordered items for about R12000, everything was ok, except the washing mach. I received 2 days ago. I phoned takealot to talk to a technician, their told me He will phone me, nothing happens. Today i do the first time my washing, all was good until it came to the spinning. Even the machine Was on spirit Level, it startet dancing around, I had to switch of. I phoned takealot, I fill out a return querry, no problem. Then their send you a sms to say their pick it up until 5pm.So I have to sit all day and wait. Then takealot say it will go for Evaluation and then it will be decide if I get a new machine or a refund but only afther 20 days, means I sit without a washing mach. for 20 days, what a joke. Takealot never again.
