Do you people even care about your customers...still no response from takealot

Hello I would like my refund processed

I will never purchase anything with takealot again.Easy to take your money and u must wait till they kingdom come to get your money back.i sent a item back on Monday the takealot guy advised me it will take 48 hours and still waiting

U know what I'm done with u people and will tell people how pathetic your whole business processes are...how the hell can a item he sent back on the 15th and it's still still out for collection...I was also sent the incorrect item and one of your agents incorrectly refunded me twice and that's not my problem but now when I return the keypad and mouse u say u refunded me already...I'm warning takealot if my refund is not processed today and I want a manager someone who has the authority to sort this matter out to give me a call on *** and explain to u what has happened I'm going to the ombudman coz it's not my fault u refunded me twice and u still sent the incorrect item...I was still thinking of buying me a phone and other stuff but no thank you I won't support people who can't do there job...u must send 50 emails to different people then u don't know who is assigned to get the matter sorted so I'm done...I want my money today as I have waited now since Monday so the refund process needs to start now...I'm very unhappy and Yor u dont Wana know
