If you are interested in becoming a supplier for Takealot - PLEASE DONT!! Their policies is just for the customer on the suppliers' expense. We supp**** Takealot with Laptops. We had a sell on a laptop on the 17th February 2023 and a return on this laptop 7th July 2023 due to water damage, our policy state that we DO NOT cover any water damages and the policy came with the laptop in the box sealed. Takealots policy to us as the supplier state that on a return there will be an investigation on their side to confirm the customer's allegations. We now have to pay back the customer who damaged the laptop with water and we have to collect the damaged laptop or Takealot will dispose of this laptop! BE AWARE to supply Takealot is a **** they only protect the customer no matter what the expense on the supplier.
