Takealot

What is wrong with Takealot, every month I have to call the callcentre to unlock my account, WHY??? IT COST ME AIRTIME AND TIME!!! I CALLED 3X THE PAST PREVIOUS MONTHS TO UNLOCK MY ACCOUNT, FOR WHAT??, WE BUY, WE PAY, WE COLLECT OR YOU DELIVERED so what's the problem? PLEASE STOP BLOCKING MY ACCOUNT, IT'S EFFORT AND TIME!!!
