takealot worst service ever i ordered or rather purchased dark and lovely hair products i waited for a moth no communication of what is happening with my order, the only communication i had was "i will receive an sms to re-arrange my delivery address" for some reasons my delivery was delayed of which i do not know why even today, i called takealot the phone was answered by "LUYANDA" so he told me that my order was cancelled for what i do not know and he then told me to re-order of which i felt that it was unfair because the price has been changed, he then said he will escalate it to his manager, i asked to speak to his manager i was told that the manager is in the meeting" fair enough" he then promised that he will get back to me till today no feet back. so i am wondering if the manager is still in the meeting till this day. he also said that the manager is the only one who has powers to reduce prices so that i can get those products with the same first price because i made it clear to him that i am so not prepared to pay a different amount for those products.
