Takealot

I ordered a Russell Hobbs toaster , I.had it for not even 6 months and it's.not working anymore, Takealot picked it up on the 4 January 2025 and since then I have been waiting for my refund , it says on their app that the toaster is at rue merchant evaluation facility. I need a toasterand not a replacement I want t a full refund, how can this take so long to resolve
