Firstly they sent me message regarding delivery and i had made the necessary arrangements on that day however at around 2pm i received another message stating that delivery had been rescheduled for the next day which was very ********* but i do understand that these things happen. Secondly i ordered a toy for my dog and it was so tiny i wasn't sure if i should be shocked or laugh! How can you even stock such little ropes, it would not even be ideal for a puppy????????
