I bought a microwave 11 months ago from takealot, last week it stopped working I logged a complain on their app they responded same time and came to fetch the microwave the next day. Today they delivered a new microwave to me. Im very much impressed with their prompt response and they kept updating and communicating with regards to tracking my microwave.
