Takealot

Firstly I felt offended to be called Mr al the time as I am a Lady and secondly on Saturday when my parcel had to be delivered my husband was at home waiting for it if the driver did a little more trouble then I would have received it on Saturday. Then the packed should have come today again and still I did not received it? I went on Takealot website where I order it but there is no information on how to contact them with a complaint?
