Takealot

I have ordered my son's birthday presents there. When thwy arrived one of the items was wrong. I phoned them like 10 times in 2 days and they keep on telling me they will sort it out. I phoned them this morning again and they said they will bring me the right item today. I am still waiting!!! I'm over takealot
