Takealot

Takealot delivered the wrong product I did notifythem immediately that it’s the wrong hooks they delivered I asked them to please collect and bring me the correct item that I order on their site! I do not want credit as Im not paying again for delivery. As this has happened to me before with takealot!!! Then is received an email from takealot and they told me they will credit me for the product. Which means I will pay delivery again I told them to bring me the correct product as I do not want the credit!
