Takealot

Hi I bought a cordless *****driver drill worth R1139 from takealot and started to give me problems which they collected immediately but ask for a refund and instead done a credit and emailed them numerous times for the refund and to call me for my banking details for the refund as I normally do COD,which they still did not phn me ,really annoyed and very disappointed in service and even when I phn u wait very long on the phn and when they do answer u get put threw to another person u also wait so long and then call gets cut really disappointed in the service, quick to make money but service sucks🥵,secondly I purchased a watch as well from them also a few months ago worth R499 worked 3months only and just stopped and same procedure phn and emails no response really disappointed so sad in the service as a business they need to step up and take responsibility sad sad sad
