Takealot 21 days delivery waiting period be ware

I paid for the order on the 7th, and because one item needed to be shipped to their warehouse, I was told that the delivery will occur on the 15th which was suppose to be today. But now they have change the delivery date to the 25th which means now I have to wait for full 3 weeks in order to receive my items. I am the one calling and emailing them trying to find out what exactly is going on but they keep on saying they have escalated the issue to the relevant department and they will get back to me when they receive feedback. Today is the third day still no response from the so called relevant department. Pathetic and useless service I must say and false advertising at the same time as they claim to do deliveries within 5-7 working days, that is totally bull**** and lies because clearly they can't do that to me. I am done with this company never ever see me buying anything from them and I will no longer recommend them for anything after this
