Takealot

I will never use takealot ever again in my whole life. I had a parcel delivered today on the 2023/11/07 that I purchased on the 2023/10/28 with the order number:***. And you would've expected if you purchased a parcel of R30,000 they whould double check and make sure everything is in the box, but no. The scope tightening plate is not in the box and you can see that it was removed because the bracket left marks behind in the foam. This is not the first slipup I had with takalot. So from my side I ordered the tightening plate from a other company now for a additional R1719.00 an I can prove it because takealot don't have another hikmicro thunder th35 in stock. So from my side sorry to say this but you can remove me from your poor service web site and If anyone ask me I will advise them rather purchase your stuff from another company.
