Takealot

I bought a presonus studio bundle from takealot and in less than a year the monitors stopped working . I’ve been calling , sending emails to presonus and it’s SA partners and takealot but with no assistance. I don’t know what to do anymore , I’m sitting with monitors don’t won’t even switch on and it seems no one is willing to assist . My work is on hold because of this and I have to now book other studios so I can work, such an inconvenience.
