I have bough and Item which went defective and it was scheduled for collection. The driver said that he is not coming to my place which it being risky and now a driver came to collect and Takealot said that their are not taking responsibility. Now explain to me. How did the driver know that they had to collect something from me? How did the driver get the address of where they need to collect something from my address? All along drivers have been delivering and why was this order decided by the driver to not collect and someone comes in to collect and you do not have any records. This sounds like a total ripoff.
