takealot.com has become the worst online store ever.. All in just a matter of a mere two months.. Just recently I bought a hair dye that came without the much needed conditioner. I only opened up the box just over 2 weeks later after receiving it, as that was only when I wanted to dye my hair. This was on 13th June 2021. As soon as I opened the box from the top I noticed the conditioner had been ****** out, and I could see the box had been opened from the bottom. I immediately logged a return and I returned the dye and they rejected the return. After complaining vehemently about this they decided to accept my return and then said they had credited my takealot account today (17 June). That was this morning.. Up until now I have been unable to get a response from takealot as to where my credit is, as my credit shows 0. This is not the first time, and takealot continue ignoring their customers, no matter what platform u attempt to contact them on. Their service is absolutely appalling, their social media agents are lazy and *********** and totally ignore customer complaints
