Takealot

We've send back (after numerous requests) a faulty TV that we bought from Takelot. When we send it it was in a excellent condition. It just didn't want to turn on. They have send it back after repairs and now the screen is cracked, the top part of the tv are damaged and the TV is in a bad condition. Who will be responsible for this.... The manufacturer or takealot
