My girlfriend ordered a game stick in September from them. I used it for the first time and it just froze so we sent it back and they sent another one. Same thing happened to the second one. I then asked them to refund me as my frustration levels were so high. It’s been 3 weeks almost now, they keep sending emails saying the refund was made. I even told her she should tell them to keep that money as I am so ****ed off at this point. To make it even worse, my dad bought a tv stick and same issue too 😂 Takealot and Temu same WhatsApp group. Will never buy from them ever again
