I ordered the incorrect product on the 10th of November 2020 and immediately informed them on their website of the replacement product that i needed. Absolutely no response so i sent a reminder last Thursday and again no response .I then attempted today to phone their number only to be told on a recorded message that they are not taking calls. I am a regular customer at Takealot but this service and not been able to talk to anyone is not one expects of this company.
