Takealot *******

Purchased an IPhone 14 Pro from takealot with express delivery on the 15 August 2023. Delivery arrived the next day and the phone that was delivered was a Hisense. Immediately called takealot and logged the return. Two weeks later following up everyday with call Center and every agent puts the phone down when pressed on what the status is. Two weeks later and I am provided nothing as part of your ‘investigation’. I am 30k OUT IF POCKET without a phone as a result of this!!! Takealot will be hearing from my lawyer.
