TAKEALOT ****

Bought a deep fryer from these ****mers, item was delivered and as recieved the box was not wrapped nor marked as a fragile item. It was basically put in a box & shipped from JHB to CT as soon as I took the item & searching on how to piece the item together as it did not come with even a manual I realised it’s damaged and would not want to even keep it! Definitely false advertising i then proceeded to put it back in the box that was not takealot branded nor sufficiently wrapped & logged a return. I just recieved an email that the return is rejected as the item is damaged & used. STAY AWAY from them. A bunch of ******. The product left their checkout department & was shipped with no one raising the safety guard of the item and I now need to accept a **** of recieving a damage item that was sent to me by them!! Absolutely disgusted!!
