Takeallot dishonest and pushes responsibility to customers

This happens a lot with Takealot and I'm sick of it. You try to replace a defective item and they tell you they have no stock, but they do, only that now the price is higher than when you bought it. They offer you credit back instead of replacing the item and now you will need to buy the item again and make up the difference in cost. Takealot will use the excuse that its the supplier that raised the price or its a different supplier, which is total BS. You or the supplier should take on the responsibility and stop pushing it onto your customers. This is a dishonest way of doing business, just give me what I paid for and deal with your suppliers without making it my problem. You should learn from Amazon, I shop there often as well and they have never ever pulled this kind of ****.
