Takeachance

I have not received my order and nobody answers the phones or web enquiry at Takealot. Pathetic service. I paid for a delivery on Friday. The order says guaranteed delivery date on Friday the 7 Feb. The tracking number shows it has been delivered on Friday. Despite them saying on the website and when you phone in that they are open until 10pm when i phoned at 9:15pm the automated message says they have left already. I have sent two web enquiries that they have acknowledged receipt of and held onto the phone for 15 mins on three occasions i still cannot get hold of anyone.
