If you're thinking about buying a gift for a loved one, don't. This is not the first gift that they - for a lack of a better word - ******ed up. I ordered a item from Takealot on the 6th of July well in advance of my friend's birthday. It only arrived on the 16th of July, 2 days before his birthday. Of the three items in that order they had to get the gift wrong - of course. I phoned them immediately hoping to get it resolved as soon as possible, of course that did not happen. The item was returned and reordered and again was incorrect. This is now the third and final attempt for the correct item, after countless phone calls and just as many empty promises about resolution I am fed up. Believe me next time I will rather go shopping for gift instead of using takealot. It will be quicker, less expensive and certainly less frustrating.
