Take Yo Credit & Buy Another (More Expensive) Item

I bought a laptop on Dec '15, both SHIFT keys stopped working & the keyboard started typing funny by February. I advised takealot of the error, they collected the laptop and passed a credit on my acc. Now the problem is they do not have laptops of the same price range & if I want another laptop I have to add an extra R 1000! I emailed them today asking for a replacement because I do not have the R1k & received an automated apology. I feel so cheated & inconvenienced because it is not my fault they sold me a faulty item & now I have to pay the price & get an extra R 1000 to get another laptop! I definitely don't recommend takealot to anyone who is looking for an electronic appliance or gadget coz if it breaks, they won't replace it! They will credit you & you will have to buy another one, which will be more expensive & pray it does not break!
