Take Nothing from Takealot

On Wednesday 25th of June 2025 I ordered some items from Takealot and paid the R75 fee to have my items delivered the next day, 26th of June 2025. I only received some of my items on Saturday 28th June 2025 and have been struggling daily to get answers on the most expensive item in my order. To this day, 30th June 2025, it has not been delivered nor any indication given as to when I can expect delivery. The fact that you are not able to speak to anyone to get a clear answer is extremely frustrating. There is no way for me to speak to anyone to get clarity on whether the item will be delivered or if I should even request a refund and rather buy the item elsewhere.

Every now and then someone or AI responds to my Instagram, email or Facebook requests but just stating that they've reached out to the relevant department and will get back to me.....Still nothing.
