Take-No-Returns (blaming customers)
All good things surely must come to an end. I used to return goods brought at take-a-lot without any problems or hustle. However, they are now unwilling to a return an item that was damaged during transit (the courier), when the item was returned. I clearly explained to them that when I return the item there was no damage to the packaging . I was provided with pictures of the damaged packaging. However, one can clearly see the scuff marks could have been caused while the goods were in transit or being transported. So I am left to take the blame for something that was clearly not caused by myself. Its a pity but after years of online shopping at take-a-lot it may be time to find someone new. Furthermore, it seems that its true what some of my friend and colleagues used to warn me about buying at take-a-lot, they will liable you when they don't want to return an item. What is truly disappointing is that I don't even want my money back, I just wanted credit on my account to purchase something else.
