TAKE MY TIME

Firstly TakeAlot is one of my favorite local online stores by far and it upsets me that a great company's name is brought down because of *********** staff.So I ordered a Tangled HDMI splitter 1x4 for R799. Made payment and went through to go and collect it. I arrive at their offices and collect my items. 2 mins later I'm out the door with a smile. I then get into the car and get that I got the right things and find that they've given me a 1x2 HDMI splitter. I then go back inside to report the fault and have it exchanged. First person behind the PC at returns tells me he doesnt do returns. I wait another 5-10mins get helped by a different staff member and she informs me that there's no 1x4. OK, cool i want the 1x2 but surely the price cant be the same. She checks the system and the 1x2 doesnt exist on their. SHe calls the supplier being Tangled, they dont have the price they going to call their supplier. Now im ****ed this is 30mins later. She then credits R799 to my account and then tells me I need to order the same thing again in order for her to release the stock. I spent approx 1 hour wasting my time and to top it off she did not apologize for letting me wait. STUPIDITY!!!!!!
