Take Lot not wanting to pay our refund for defective TV that was documented by hisense as defective
We are dealing with the same problem bought a smart tv and it wasn't streaming the apps kept buffering we took the tv to the manufacturer and the technician checked it out for 3 days and then contacted us to say we have to return it to take alot for a refund as the tv is defective. Hisense even gave us a report stating the tv is defective We logged a return and take alot collected that was2 weeks ago we also got a message on the app to say it's been concluded and that the return is declined because the warranty seal was broken but that was exactly why the technician of hisense gave the report because according to him the warranty does not default if hisense themselves opened it .we have gone as far as getting JHB involved as well as the consumers act people because this seems to be a long time problem with take alot who know they sold a ****py device and use the warehouse needing to get back to them as a fallback ..and also them not picking up your calls or just rude customer service people .they wanted to deliver this defective tv back to us and then have us book another return with the hisense reference nothing about how they do things makes sense .My argument with them were why do you need to send a tv back after uou stating there is a credit reference but I'm order for that to be rectified the tv must first come back to us then booked for collection again ..its like nobody is speaking to each other at that place and basically just stalling
