Take long with Return process Reference MRRN-K6NDN-PBZ6 o

Return service is terrible. Requested a return for my faulty Smartphone Reference MRRN-K6NDN-PBZ6 on the 19 Dec 2022. The matter is still not resolved. Contacted Takealot support and they escalated the matter, but no one assisted. Requested feedback twice from Iman.H (takealot.com) and no response.

Very very poor service, not happy at all.
