Take forever with my order

I ordered on the 4th of November and specified the delivery to be at my wife's office park But on the day the delivery was supposed to be delivered, it was taken to an incorrect courier facility. It's like no one even read my order to understand that it should not go to soweto! I wasn't even called for this inconvenient update for me to even tell a neighbor to collect for me. The rescheduling also means my dogs stay without food for the week! Now my order *** is apparently delivered but not to me or my wife. I regret trusting Takealot
