Take care of the customer

I phone Takealot Offices in Camps Drift, Pietermartizburg. I wanted to confirm the details of my s****** driver and bank account since a friend of mine who works at Takelot got me a driver to do deliveries for Mr Delivery. A lady answers the phone and I ask for my friend who works there since he was the one who got me s****** driver. She asks me what is this about and tell her its about a s****** driver, I just need to confirm the info that he gave them is true, and if they had any copies and to also put his and my details together so when payment is done things don't get mixed up, since he now works with my s******. She rudely replies in isizulu, "you are supposed to take care of that yourself, its not our job". I let her know that my details are at your office I just want to have a copy of the s****** drivers details since had already been working under someone else. II ask her to please call my friend who had assisted me the day before (that was the reason for my call because the driver wanted to start immediately) She puts the phone down and calls her colleague by saying in isizulu "come take of this thing on the phone". She not referring to the issue or query but to me as the thing.
