Take alot.com worst service

I purchased an item on the 22 February 2020 today is the 05 of March and I'm still waiting on package to arrive. After several phone calls that I had to make I was told that one of takealot.com workers changed my order where it must be delivered. In my eyes that is theft. They say they going to phone back but nothing. Not even a phone call saying Sir we sorry we will send it immediately it will be there tomorrow.
