TAKE ALOT.COM RIPPING CUSTOMERS OFF!!!!!

I never believed when people complained about the prices on Take Alot being "rigged", but now i have seen it with my own eyes!!!!!! I ordered the SAMSUNG CLT - T508 Paper Transfer Belt on the 23/11/18 - R2 149.00. Then on Monday - 03/12/2018 I went in to check how far my order is and happened to click on the product and it took me back to the page, to my surprise, the product was priced over a R1 000.00 LESS!!!!!!! Same supplier, same product, same make, everything - ***?? And NO, it was not marked on special. So I called the call center as I was obviously quite upset - how on earth!! I feel so ********** - I shopped on BLACK FRIDAY and paid R1 000.00 more - I know it was not a black Friday special, but here, just over a week later - the product is R1 000.00 less????? I spoke to a lady by the name of Aisha on Monday evening, she went into the product, put me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back and said yes, she agrees something is not right - I am assuming she must have consulted with someone - as she said that I would be credited with the difference and charged the price that was currently on the site. Next day I get a email saying, sorry, but no refund as you placed the order then and price went down then, etc - exchange rates, blah blah - whole lot of ******* if you ask me. Now today i go and check on the site 06/12/2018 and there it is back at R2 049.99 and the price of which was over R1 000.00 less is gone... VERY SUSPICIOUS!!!!! Is Take Alot playing games with us as consumers????? How do you justify such a HUGE price difference?????? I would understand like now it is only R100 difference, but over a R1000????? I feel completely **********!!!!!!! If this is the kind of service we get from your company, i will not be supporting you ever again and i will spread the message of not supporting you!! I am not happy with how this was handled by yourselves and how as a consumer I am mad to feel like a idiot, because we are said to not understand the circumstances and how things fluctuate... with over R1 000.00????? Not Happy at all!!!!!! Why should i pay R2 149.00 and then see it for so much less and be happy about that and not even on sale!! I want my refund!!
