Take Alot won't refund my money!!

Wish I would I could 0 stars. Been waiting for a refund for more than 2 months. No one and put me to the relevant department. Everyone keeps sending me an email that I had a conversation with them but no feedback. Highly annoyed with Take alot. I WANT MY MONEY!!
