Take alot SUCKS

So sad and upset with Take alot, my crafting book was covered in shampoo... My brand new book, I'm so so sad! I saved up to buy that book! No customer care, called 6 times already, will again tomorrow (time now 16:27). Still waiting on an email if I will get a refund FOR MY MONEY or if they gonna send a new book! I DON'T WANT CREDIT FROM THEM
