Take alot sucks

When a person pays for next day delivery with takealot, its an extra charge, which means , its urgent or thats the day s the person will be home to collect. I have been at home the entire day waiting for a delivery which has never arrived yet i get a message saying that the driver has contacted me and i am not available, trying to get a hold of customer service is a bad as your actual pathetic service
