Take-alot staff swapping out returns

I received my Anker R100buds https://www.takealot.com/anker-soundcore-rise-100-true-wireless-earbuds/PLID***0 on the 13 NOVEMBER 2021 (Saturday) and only started using it the upcoming week in 2 meetings (Zoom and Skype). In both meetings my colleagues mentioned my voice is distorted and they cant hear me. I then logged a return on 23 Nov 2021 and ordered a different set Anker Life p2 https://www.takealot.com/anker-soundcore-life-p2-mini-earbuds-black/PLID***9 this set was delivered 25 NOVEMBER 2021 and I tested this immediately to avoid another return, this new set works with no problem. On the 23 Nov 2021 i also submitted a return for the R100 model and to my surprise today i received an email stating my claim was rejected due to scratches on the case where the earbuds are placed in. I believe my brand new return was swapped out with another as I used it twice and placed it back in is box for return, the pictures that where sent to me looks like a pretty old case/set. Please investigate Take-Alot
