Take Alot should check before approving adds

I think Take Alot lost has dropped their services, yes you can return items but it takes so long to get your money back and even longer wait for the item, we ordered a chrismas tree from there, they said ut was full and come with an iron stand,when it came it was think and had a plastic stand i under it may be a 3rd party fault but they approve these to be on their site just check it out, this year i have ordered and returned a number of items that i dont even want to order from them anymore it become a thing of i will wait weeks for it only for it to go back the very next day.
