Take Alot, service turned into the worst Disgraceful service in the whole of South Africa!

Order number:*** Return Reference: MRRN-ZMPQB-QYKP I ordered a mobile phone but received a face wash instead. I logged the return for the incorrect item immediately. It has now been over two weeks since the return was logged & nearly a month since the order was placed, yet I have received no clear update, replacement, or refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I am still without the product I paid for or my money. This delay is unreasonable and unacceptable. When will the phone be delivered?
