Take alot service Quality is deteriorating

Bought the douwe-egberts-brazil-instant-coffee-400g-limited-edition from Takealot, product was delivered sometime last week on the 8th. Product had mistiriously jumped from the bottle into the packaging Box. logged a return with the company. today the 14th June, the deliver a replacement. to my surprise seal is brocken. it's as if they pourd the contents back in the bottle from the box. I mean who does that. I log another return and now only to be told delivery is 17th on Friday. I mean am I not supose to drin the coffee till Friday. to think of it why would they not quality check after a mistake like that. or was this intentional. 🤔
