Take alot *****s
In December I bought a soccer table /game. A week later the ball broke and the board started to warp. I logged a call with take a lot and the picked it up. They brought it back being more damaged then it originally was. I sent it back and everytime it comes back damaged with a driver that has an attitude. 4 times now and still it's more damaged then it was when I first sent it.

30 Apr 2024, 09:16 In December 2023 I purchased a soccer table/game for my childs xmas gift . by the end of December the ball had broken and the table board had begun warping .A ball that’s used in the table broke . I called and this was collected . Since then to today , it has been emails and calls and I am being sent from pillar to post . It came back 5 times more damaged then it initially was . I pictures as proof . The driver is absolutely rude and does not even bring the items to the door he leave it at the gate . I want to officially lodge a complaint against this rude driver . Also no one is assisting my collection is being rejected for not complying put the funny thing is I am sending it back exactly the way take.alot brought it. So they’re rejecting how they sent to me , they sent it damaged and I’m sending it right back , its accepted for them to send me damaged goods but for me to send back exactly the same way they brought it , its rejected . its 4 months later and still nothing is done . I want my money back from these ****** and I will not ever purchase anything from takealot . Takealot has taken my money and is not refunding it , I don’t want their cheaply made toys / games and demand my full refund as this was raised well within the time frame returns are to be made . They are ***********, rude and ****** . I WANT MY MONEY !!!!!!!! MY LAST EMAIL WAS SENT 2 DAYS AGO TO A MAROPENG K FROM A NISHIL SINGH CONTACT DETAILS ***
