Take alot ruins bdays?

Im so dissapointed with take alot. I ordered a very expensive gift for my fiances bday. I was told the gift would arrive a day before. But it didnt. After numerouse attempts on email, i was msgd to say it will come on my fiances bday. So i had to wait at home again for a delivery. After half the day of waiting and the tracking system not moving ibcalled them. I was informed my gift was lost. I had to ve the only person not giving my fiance a bday present on his bday at his party. This is totally unacceptable esp for an item that's so expensive. You ruined my fiances bday ?
