Take alot refund my money!

On the 25th of October 2024, i placed and order on take alot which contains a digital scale, type c/usb charger and a 3 piece educational wooden puzzle.

I received the wooden puzzle and food containers which i returned with the driver few days later. I've been battling for them to refund my money!

They received full payment and are now ignoring my emails and are refusing to call me.
