Take Alot purchase: Incorrect item delivered

Purchase gone sour!!! The experience has been almost unforgivable and disheartening, considering how trivial the amount that must still be refunded, after a partial refund was given.

I purchased various items on 19 Nov 2021. After non - receipt of one of the items, I am still waiting for the full refund to be settled.

Real pathetic how, after numerous emailed attempts, ones issue is escalated, then de-escalated at the same time. It's almost two months now without resolve.
